Job Description

Telstra is hiring a Retail Customer Service & Sales Consultant for its Willows store in Townsville. You will assist customers with product selection, service activation, and troubleshooting basic issues, delivering positive experiences and maintaining retail standards.

You’ll stay informed about Telstra products, guide customers to suitable solutions, and work with the team to achieve store goals while keeping customers connected.
