2IC Retail Assistant | Bondi Junction, Sydney

Sunday to Thursday - 30 Hours per week

About the role:

We're on the hunt for a passionate and driven 2IC Retail Assistant to help lead the crew at our Bondi Junction store.

As the Store Manager’s right-hand person, you’ll be a key part of keeping the store running smoothly, bringing great energy to the floor, delivering an awesome customer experience, and living and breathing the brand every day.

What you will be doing:

- Run the Sunday and Monday shifts and have key holder responsibilities for the rest of the week to help with the smooth operation of the store.
- Support and create an environment that's customer service driven and welcoming to both shoppers and co-workers.
- Deliver high standards of store presentation and merchandising.
- Inform and educate customers about our range and helping them find the right product for their needs.

We are looking for:

- Previous retail experience is required, ideally in a similar role.
- The ability to think quickly, solve problems and engage with a wide range of people in a positive manner is essential.
- We have a close-knit crew of retail staff so you'll have to work well with a team and have valuable time management.
- Ideally,



you'd have a well-developed sense of your own style; self-confidence, a genuine love for fashion and selling high quality basic apparel.
- The right to work and live in Australia permanently.
