Retaining Wall Group is seeking a Full time A Grade Excavator Operator and a Full-Time Labourer to join our growing team.

Our main office is based in Pakenham; however, these roles will involve working on retaining wall construction projects throughout Victoria.

About the roles

A Grade Excavator Operator: As a full-time experienced A Grade Excavator Operator, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our Retaining Wall construction projects.

What you'll be doing

- Operate and maintain excavators to complete underground drilling for steel installations.
- Ensure all operations are conducted safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
- Communicate effectively with project managers, site supervisors, and other team members to coordinate activities
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on assigned equipment to keep it in optimal working condition
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by demonstrating strong teamwork and problem-solving skills

What we're looking for

- A valid A Grade Excavator Operator Licence with any hands-on experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of excavation techniques, safety protocols, and the operation of a variety of heavy machinery
- Excellent spatial awareness, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team




- A commitment to safety, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to completing tasks
- Familiarity with the retaining wall industry and experience working on infrastructure projects would be highly regarded
- Truck Licence would be an advantage
- Red or White Card

Salary is based on experience with full entitlements. Full-Time Labourer

No experience necessary (however, experience would be an advantage).

We are a well-established Retaining Wall construction company looking for an energetic, self-motivated and reliable labourer who is able to assist in all aspects on our project sites.

To be successful, you will need the fit the below requirements. An outstanding labourer should be hungry to expand their skill set and increase their level of expertise. The successful applicant should also be willing to learn from other team members and receive off site training wherever possible. We are seeking to hire an enthusiastic committed labourer immediately on a full-time basis. Must have a license and reliable work vehicle.
