The role of Business Servcies Manager
- Lead & support the team – allocate work, review jobs, provide guidance and develop junior accountants.
- Manage client relationships – act as a trusted adviser, handle queries and meet regularly with key clients.
- Review & oversee compliance – review financial statements, tax returns, BAS and other compliance work before lodgement.
- Drive workflow & deadlines – monitor WIP,
budgets and deadlines while identifying opportunities to improve processes and add value for clients.
The ideal candidate;
- Will be a CA/CPA Qualified Manager with good longevity in previous roles
- Will have a passion for helping Australian businesses
- Will be seeking a long term career opportunity in Armidale
- Will be familiar with a Xero practice
