Summary:

The 2IC is responsible for supporting the top executive in the organization and ensuring the smooth running of the business. This role requires a high level of leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills. The 2IC will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement business strategies, manage operations, and oversee staff.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the top executive in developing and implementing business strategies
- Manage day-to-day operations of the organization
- Oversee staff and ensure they are meeting performance targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Analyze financial data and make recommendations to improve profitability
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Identify and mitigate risks to the organization




- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences
- Act as a liaison between the top executive and other departments

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- Proven experience in a leadership role
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
