About the role
Reporting to the Settlement Manager, you will own the end to end accounts payable function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all payable transactions for the local entity. This role sits at the operational core of the finance function, working closely with the other finance team members to support month end close and ongoing reporting requirements.
Key responsibilities
- End to end accounts payable and payment run administration, including supplier invoice matching, coding and query resolution
- Corporate credit card reconciliations and staff reimbursements
- Weekly and monthly bank and account reconciliations relating to payables, investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Intercompany transactions and reimbursements across associated entities
- Supporting month end close, BAS and routine financial reporting
- Financial data entry, record keeping and general finance administration
- Building strong working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payment processes
About you
- Previous experience in Accounting, Bookkeeper or Finance Administration
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Robust organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English
