An exciting opportunity has become available for an immediately available Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team on a temporary basis. This role is ideally suited to a candidate with proven experience managing high-volume invoice processing. Conveniently located in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs, this position offers the opportunity to join a professional and welcoming team and make an immediate impact.

Key responsibilities

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, this role includes but is not limited to:

- Manage end-to-end accounts payable including processing invoices daily, verification and payments.




- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and expense claims.
- Review and reconcile supplier statements, promptly addressing any discrepancies.
- Maintain vendor relationships.
- Respond to supplier questions promptly and professionally.
- Assist with ad hoc duties.

Ideal candidate

- Previous experience as an Accounts Payable Officer.
- Immediately available.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
