The Opportunity
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable and Credit Manager, this role is responsible for the end-to-end accounts receivable and credit function. You will work closely with internal teams, offshore providers and customers to support timely billing, collections and dispute resolution, while helping to manage credit risk and improve overall financial outcomes.

Key responsibilities include
- Managing credit risk by assessing customer creditworthiness and recommending appropriate credit limits and terms
- Overseeing accurate and timely invoicing and credit note processing
- Allocating and reconciling customer payments, managing unapplied cash and maintaining a clean accounts receivable ledger
- Actively managing collections,
following up overdue accounts and negotiating payment arrangements where required
- Investigating and resolving customer disputes, claims, deductions and chargebacks in collaboration with sales and operations teams
- Supporting cash flow forecasting through accurate reporting and ageing analysis
- Completing period end reconciliations and ensuring strong controls and data integrity
- Contributing to continuous improvement of accounts receivable, credit and claims processes
About You
You are an experienced accounts receivable and credit professional who combines robust financial judgement with a practical, customer focused approach.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Extensive experience in accounts receivable, credit control and collections
- SAP experience is required for this position and is considered essential for success in the role
- Confidence in assessing credit risk and managing customer accounts
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing, cash application and reconciliations
- The ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, offshore partners and customers
- Experience using ERP systems and financial software, ideally in a complex or FMCG environment
- Clear communication skills and a calm, solutions focused approach to resolving issues
