About the role

Key responsibilities

- Schedule, upload, and organize content across platforms
- Manage files, materials, and basic performance data
- Support livestreams and content updates with internal and outsourced teams
- Understand the intent behind each task and follow through accurately
- Communicate effectively to ensure tasks are clearly understood and completed on time

About you

- Excellent communication skills and responsiveness
- Ability to follow instructions and take ownership of tasks
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn digital tools and adapt to evolving processes
- Interest in digital content, livestreaming, and marketing
- Experience using tools like ChatGPT, CapCut, or Google Drive
- Mandarin proficiency is preferred for effective collaboration
