What Your Day Could Look Like
As an Advanced Peer Support Worker, you'll help create a stronger, more connected recovery journey for people accessing mental health services. You'll be part of a team that values lived experience, genuine human connection and the positive difference that comes from walking alongside people as they discover their own strengths and possibilities.

Here's What Will Help You Thrive In This Role
- Personal lived experience of mental health challenges and recovery, with the ability to use that experience constructively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with a diverse range of people.
- Experience supporting, educating or facilitating groups in a recovery-focused environment.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to professional boundaries, respect and inclusion.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you bring peer work or mental health qualifications and experience mentoring or supporting others within a peer workforce. Most importantly, you're passionate about helping people find hope, connection and opportunity, while contributing to a healthier and more inclusive community.
