- Contribute to Quality Improvement Plan actions, self-assessment and campus-wide continuous improvement.
- Support Room Leaders and campus leadership with day-to-day problem-solving and quality practice.
- Build respectful relationships with families, educators and children while promoting children's voice and agency.
What You'll Bring
- Completed Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or approved equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in a senior educator or mentoring role.
- Strong working knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, child development and inclusive practice.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
- Strong communication, mentoring and relationship-building skills.
- Commitment to child safe leadership, continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Current Working with Children Check and relevant state-based child protection clearance.
What We Offer
- Above award pay and recognition, including worker retention payment, Thank You and Excellence Awards,
loyalty milestones and our Refer a Friend Program.
- Up to 50% childcare discount for eligible team members, plus paid parental leave and salary sacrifice options.
- Professional development from day one, including Grow Curriculum training, Nurture Inspire Program and expert-led learning opportunities.
- Career pathways into Room Leader, Educational Leader and leadership roles, supported by coaching and development.
- Education assistance and qualification support, including financial contributions and paid study leave where eligible.
- Wellbeing support, including two Wellbeing Days, additional leave purchase options and 24/7 TELUS Health EAP access.
- Everyday savings through OAC Rewards, with discounts across groceries, retail and more.
- A role where your mentoring helps strengthen outcomes for children and educators.
