- National Executive Leadership Role
- Shape A Rapidly Expanding Dealer Network
- Lead Strategy, Performance And Customer Experience
A rare opportunity for an accomplished automotive aftersales leader to take ownership of a major national function at a pivotal stage of growth. This is a genuine leadership role with influence across the entire ownership experience.
The Role
Reporting at executive level, you will lead the national aftersales strategy across Parts, Service, Technical Support, CRM and Warranty, building the systems, capability and performance frameworks required to support rapid market and dealer network expansion.
Your mandate will be broad and commercially focused. You will drive aftersales revenue, profitability and customer retention while improving dealer productivity, service capacity and operational performance. You will establish meaningful KPIs across parts revenue, service retention, workshop productivity, warranty cost and customer satisfaction.
You will take ownership of the national Parts and Accessories business, including supply chain, forecasting, inventory planning, pricing and dealer profitability, while ensuring the network has the technical capability to support an evolving vehicle range.
Technical support and product quality will also sit firmly within your remit. You will develop technical support and training capability, establish escalation processes and work with global engineering teams to identify recurring field issues and implement corrective action.
Across the dealer network you will drive national service standards,
strengthen workshop performance and build scalable aftersales processes capable of supporting significant volume growth. Customer experience will remain central, with responsibility for CRM strategy, CSI, NPS, customer feedback and retention throughout the ownership lifecycle.
You will also oversee warranty governance and cost control while building and leading a high-performing national aftersales organisation and working closely with Sales, Network Development, Product, Finance and global stakeholders.
You’ll Need
You will be a highly credible senior automotive aftersales executive with substantial leadership experience across a national distributor, OEM, major dealer group or similarly complex automotive operation.
You will understand that outstanding aftersales performance is about far more than running workshops. You will bring strong commercial capability across service, parts, warranty and customer retention, together with the ability to translate strategy into measurable dealer network performance.
This role requires someone equally comfortable analysing KPIs,
challenging commercial performance and developing national strategy as they are working directly with dealers to solve operational problems. Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills will be essential, along with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.
Most importantly, you will be a builder. Someone capable of developing people, processes and infrastructure rather than simply inheriting and maintaining them.
On Offer
This is an chance to take genuine ownership of the aftersales direction of a rapidly growing automotive operation and build a function capable of supporting its next stage of expansion.
The scope is substantial, the visibility is high and the opportunity to influence dealer profitability, customer retention, product quality and the long-term ownership experience is significant.
For an experienced automotive executive looking for a role where they can genuinely shape the business rather than simply manage an established structure, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
