About the role
You'll be working as an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician for a family-owned business based in Perth. The role involves a mix of projects across brand-new luxury homes, housing developments, commercial sites, and existing homes. This is a permanent, full-time position with a standard 38-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with weekends off.
Key responsibilities
- Installing ducted and wall-mounted split systems — new builds, existing homes and commercial jobs
- Installing flexible and sheet-metal ductwork
- Commissioning systems and checking performance
- Fault finding, maintenance and repairs
- Using testing tools and mobile devices to get the job done right
- Installing evaporative cooling units
- Working alongside a supportive crew to hit project goals
About you
- 4+ years in the industry
- Cert III in Engineering — Mechanical Trade (Refrigeration/Air Conditioning)
- Restricted WA Electrical Licence
- Construction Induction (Blue/White Card)
- Current WA Driver's Licence
- Your own set of trade tools
- Working at Heights or EWP ticket (highly regarded)
- Police Clearance or medical (highly regarded)
