QBM Air-Conditioning | Sydney, NSW Full-Time | Commencement October 2026

QBM Air-Conditioning is looking for a motivated 3rd or 4th Year Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Apprentice to join our growing team.

We work across a range of residential and commercial HVAC projects throughout Sydney and Greater Sydney, giving the successful applicant exposure to everything from installations and servicing through to larger commercial projects.

The Role

You will be involved in:

- Split and multi-split system installations
- Ducted air conditioning systems
- VRV/VRF systems
- Commercial HVAC installations
- Refrigeration pipework
- Preventative maintenance
- Service and breakdown work
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Working alongside experienced tradespeople on residential and commercial projects

What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will:
- Be currently completing their 3rd or 4th year Air Conditioning & Refrigeration apprenticeship
- Have previous hands-on HVAC experience
- Be reliable, punctual and willing to learn
- Take pride in their workmanship
- Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Have good communication skills
- Hold a current Australian driver’s licence
- Hold a White Card




- Have their own basic hand tools
- Be committed to completing their trade qualification
