CHIC Holidays Co. is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to help maintain our short-stay properties to a five-star standard.

Our properties are located between Noosa and Minyama, with our linen and supply storage unit based in Maroochydore.

Pay and hours

- Approximately 20–40 hours of ongoing work per week
- Cleaning rate of $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience
- Training rate of $35 per hour if training is required
- Travel time to your first scheduled property is paid at $35 per hour
- Time spent collecting linen or supplies from our Maroochydore storage unit is paid at $35 per hour
- Flexible scheduling based around holiday-property bookings

The role includes
- Cleaning and resetting properties between guest stays
- Making beds and presenting homes to a five-star standard
- Restocking guest supplies and amenities
- Checking properties carefully before guest arrival
- Reporting maintenance, damage or supply issues
- Working independently and following property-specific checklists





What you’ll need
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Honesty, reliability and good time management
- An ABN and current police check
- Your own cleaning equipment and products
- A reliable vehicle and driver’s licence
- The ability to work independently
- Holiday rental or Airbnb cleaning experience is preferred, although training is available for the right person
