We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Airport Operations Supervisor to support the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of Karratha Airport. In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee Airport Reporting Officers, coordinate airside operations, support infrastructure and asset projects, and work closely with key aviation stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.

About the Role

- Lead and supervise a team of Airport Reporting Officers, promoting a strong safety and performance culture.
- Support the day-to-day management of airside operations, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and operational standards.
- Coordinate airport maintenance activities, infrastructure projects, and asset renewal programs.
- Liaise with airlines, ground handlers, emergency services, regulators, and other stakeholders to optimise airport operations.

Role Requirements

- 5 to 7 years' experience in airport operations,



including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of airport operations, regulatory compliance, and Manual of Standards (MOS) Part 139 requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Current C Class Driver's Licence and the ability to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).

*You may be required to undertake rostered operational duties to provide coverage during periods of leave or staff shortages, participate in on-call arrangements, and work outside ordinary hours to meet operations requirements Why Join Us?
