This is more than just a senior clinical role. You'll have the chance to lead, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team, influence clinical quality and service development, while still maintaining a hands-on clinical connection.

?⚕️ The Role:
- Lead, mentor and support a multidisciplinary team of Allied Health clinicians
- Drive high standards of clinical quality and client outcomes
- Contribute to quality improvement and service development initiatives
- Support the continued growth and development of the Cairns or Townsville team
- Maintain a manageable clinical caseload alongside leadership responsibilities
- Work closely with senior leaders across the organisation

- Qualified Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, Psychologist or Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Relevant AHPRA registration, SPA membership or professional registration as applicable
- Strong clinical experience
- Previous leadership experinece essential
- NDIS experience also essential
