Join a growing, family-run allied health provider offering a mixed paediatric and adult caseload, genuine flexibility, strong earning potential and a brand-new multidisciplinary clinic opening soon.
Why You'll Love This Role
- $85,000–$120,000 + Super, depending on experience
- 40% bonus above KPI's
- Half-day every Friday
- $20 payment for each community visit (close travel = more money)
- Flexible start and finish times
- Gradual caseload build – no expectation to walk into a completely full diary
- Company car available
- Strong existing referral network
- Brand-new 350sqm clinic opening
- Genuine opportunity to grow into a senior or leadership position
- 25 billables per week
The Role: You'll work with a broad caseload consisting of approximately:
- 70% paediatric clients
- 30% adults
- Clinic and community appointments
The role is currently more community-focused; however, this will shift as the organisation opens its new clinic in the next few weeks. Community appointments are grouped geographically to minimise unnecessary travel. The business has strong relationships with Support Coordinators and an established referral pipeline, allowing your caseload to be built gradually while still giving you the opportunity to become busy quickly.
Workload & Incentives: The standard expectation is approximately 5 billable appointments per day / 25 per week.
Once you exceed the required KPI, you'll receive 40% of billings, giving experienced and motivated clinicians the opportunity to significantly increase their overall earnings.
Clinicians who consistently perform above expectations can also have their salary reviewed.
For community appointments, you'll receive $20 per visit requiring travel, rather than relying solely on kilometre reimbursement.
Your New Clinic: A brand-current 350sqm multidisciplinary clinic is due to open shortly and will include:
- 10 dedicated treatment rooms
- OT sensory gym
- Physiotherapy space
- Shared team workspace
- Purpose-built allied health facilities
- Speech Pathology dedicated rooms
You'll be joining at an exciting stage where you can genuinely contribute to how the service develops. Flexibility: This is a genuinely family-friendly workplace.
Need to start earlier or later? They're happy to work around individual circumstances wherever possible.
You'll also have a half-day every Friday, giving you additional time back at the end of the week.
Support & Onboarding: Even though they're ideally looking for someone with experience, you won't simply be handed a full caseload and expected to figure everything out.
You'll receive
- Structured induction
- Clinical supervision
- Gradual caseload build
- Support with intake and clinical processes
- Training on documentation and systems
- Time to ask questions and become familiar with the organisation
- Ongoing support as the team grows
About You: You'll ideally be an Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist or Physiotherapist with some post-graduate experience who:
- Holds relevant qualifications, SPA eligibility & AHPRA
- Enjoys working with both children and adults
- Is comfortable working across clinic and community settings
- Has a strong work ethic
- Values flexibility and autonomy
- Is motivated by the opportunity to career develop
- Wants to join an organisation where they can stay, grow and potentially progress into leadership
- Company Cars can be offered to those applicants who require one
- Senior Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists HIGHLY encouraged to apply
Higher salaries will reflect experience, independence and capability, with further earning potential available through the bonus structure. If you're looking for flexibility, strong earning potential and the chance to join a growing allied health business before its new clinic opens, we'd love to hear from you.
