As our Allied Health Sales Coordinator, you will be the face of InOne Healthcare, developing trusted relationships with referral partners and connecting more people with the services they need.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop strong, long-term relationships with referral partners across South East Queensland and inter-state.
- Identify and pursue new referral and business opportunities and conduct face-to-face provider meetings, presentations and in-services




- Re-engage dormant referrers and develop existing relationships.
- Take ownership of our national referrer EDM program across VIC, NSW and QLD.
- Work closely with intake, clinical and operational teams to ensure a smooth referral and onboarding experience.
- Attend networking events, expos, conferences and community events.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales and referral pipeline.

About You To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in healthcare liaison, medical sales, business development, account management, or stakeholder engagement.
- Robust understanding of the healthcare, referral-based services, or allied health sectors.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence meeting and presenting to healthcare professionals
- Strong sales and business development capability
- A proactive, self-motivated and results-driven approach
- Excellent networking and presentation skills
- Strong organisation and follow-up skills
- Confidence using CRM systems
- A genuine passion for healthcare and helping people
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across Brisbane, Gold Coast and Ipswich - this is a hybrid role and will require "on-site" work by attending local provider offices and networking events primarily.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gold Coast QLD
