About the Role

Manage and deliver critical capital programs across Queensland. This role combines strategic program oversight, budget monitoring, and hands-on project delivery across South East Queensland (SEQ).

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end planning and delivery for high-risk capital and facilities maintenance programs across SEQ custodial sites.
- Monitor project scope, cost tracking, and cash flow forecasting against agreed budgets and delivery plans.
- Prepare proposals using standard formats and report progress to executive leadership and governance committees.
- Identify project blockers early and execute proactive risk mitigation strategies.
- Maintain data integrity within enterprise business systems (Ellipse) for program reporting and accurate financial tracking.

Requirements & Experience

- C Class Driver Licence and eligibility to pass police background checks for custodial environments.
- Ability to work on-site at SEQ correctional facilities 3 days per week (hybrid WFH/office options for remaining days).
- Proven experience managing high-risk building, construction, or facilities maintenance contracts.
- Experience using enterprise systems (knowledge of Ellipse is highly regarded) for project forecasting.
- Capital project delivery experience within government or correctional facility environments is desirable.
