About the role

Rescom Solar Pty Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and driven 2 X Appointment Setters/Customer Service professional to join our agile team in Chatswood, NSW. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our customer acquisition and service delivery strategy. As an Appointment Setter/Customer Service representative, you will be the vital link between our sales team and prospective customers, managing inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments and provide exceptional customer support.

Your contributions will directly impact our growth trajectory and customer satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and schedule appointments with sales representatives
- Answer inbound customer enquiries with professionalism and courtesy, providing accurate information about products and services
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all customer interactions in the customer relationship management system
- Qualify leads by assessing customer needs and determining fit for Rescom Solar's solar energy solutions
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations and any necessary follow-up communications
- Handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy and work towards resolution or appropriate escalation
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly call targets and appointment-setting goals
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends, objections and market opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in an outbound sales, customer service or appointment-setting role. This is not a call centre workplace, Office with our fantastic team who are ready to help you every step of the way.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and persuasively over the phone
- Strong organisational and time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks and meet targets




- Ability to remain calm and composed when handling difficult or objection-heavy calls
- Proficiency with computer systems and CRM (Zoho) software (training will be provided if needed)
- High level of attention to detail when recording information and scheduling appointments
- Motivation to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to consistent attendance
- A genuine interest in renewable energy and the solar industry is desirable
