Uprise Digital is a Melbourne based marketing agency focused on helping high-value service-based businesses, such as builders, property specialists, and home improvement brands, grow through lead generation and sales enablement strategies.

We’re on the hunt for a sales-oriented appointment setter who’s confident selling over the phone, building rapport with potential clients, and setting up high-value sales calls with our Group Director. This role is crucial to our sales process, as you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound leads and responsible for reactivating old leads.

What You’ll Do

- Sell and Qualify Leads: Engage inbound leads via phone to explain our services, uncover their pain points, and establish the value of meeting with our Group Director.
- Build Rapport: Establish trust and credibility with prospects by understanding their needs and highlighting how Uprise Digital can help.
- Set High-Value Sales Appointments: Book qualified prospects for sales calls, ensuring they’re well-informed and eager to discuss their challenges further.
- Reactivate Old Leads: Reach out to past prospects from our database to reignite interest, qualify them, and book meetings.
- Educate and Engage: Clearly explain Uprise Digital’s offerings and articulate how we deliver measurable results to clients.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions, calls, and appointments in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Provide detailed handovers and feedback to ensure smooth transitions and successful outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

- Melbourne-Based: This role requires you to be in Melbourne to attend in-person,



1:1 training with the Group Director once a week during the initial phase. After training, the role transitions to remote work (after 6 -8 weeks).
- Sales Skills: Proven experience in a phone-based sales or appointment-setting role, with a strong focus on building rapport and selling value.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage, persuade, and establish credibility over the phone.
- Goal-Oriented: Motivated by targets, with a focus on booking qualified meetings that result in closed sales.
- Proactive and Persistent: Comfortable reactivating old leads and following up with prospects to ensure engagement.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM systems and sales software is a plus.
- Growth Potential: Ambitious candidates who excel in this role will have the opportunity to transition into a closer or full sales position with greater earning potential.
