OPPORTUNITY HAPPENS HERE - REALIZE YOURS

Alongside the best and the brightest, you will regularly:

Lead benefit onboarding projects (e.g., HSA, FSA, HRA), ensuring accurate documentation, timely updates, and successful milestone completion while fostering strong employer relationships.

Ensure smooth transitions to service , maintaining high client satisfaction, mitigating risks, and confirming successful fund transfers and asset reconciliation.

Monitor and manage internal ticketing queues , resolving issues within established service level agreements (SLAs).

Identify and address operational inefficiencies , recurring issues, and automation opportunities through cross-functional collaboration.





Support escalations and special projects , contributing to department-wide initiatives and client-specific workstreams as needed.

Champion a culture of accountability and innovation , delivering seamless, success-focused experiences that empower employers to serve their people confidently.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT

Abilities: Skilled in leading and speaking on behalf of teams or business initiatives; detail-oriented and organized with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Project, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint; effective in managing client relationships and collaborating across departments.

Experience: 3+ years of relevant professional experience preferred; background working with employer groups and third-party administrators; familiarity with health insurance and consumer-directed benefits (HRAs, HSAs, FSAs) highly preferred; exposure to project management methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or PMBOK is a plus.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field preferred.

Location : 25% Hybrid in Maitland, FL
