About the role

This is a full-time position based in North Narrabeen, offering hands-on experience in a professional plumbing environment. As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced plumbers, developing practical skills whilst earning a recognised qualification in the plumbing trade.

Key responsibilities

- Assisting experienced plumbers on residential, commercial and maintenance plumbing projects
- Learning and performing plumbing installations, repairs and maintenance tasks
- Installing and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and water systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations
- Preparing and maintaining work areas, tools and equipment
- Following health and safety protocols and best practices on all job sites
- Attending scheduled training and theory sessions as part of your apprenticeship program
- Assisting with diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing issues
- Communicating effectively with team members and customers
- Contributing to the maintenance and upkeep of company vehicles and equipment

About you

- Currently enrolled in or committed to completing a recognised plumbing apprenticeship program
- Relevant year level of apprenticeship training and practical experience (1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th year)
- Strong work ethic, reliability and punctuality
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour, including working at heights and in confined spaces
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail




- Willingness to learn and follow instruction from experienced team members
- Positive communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid driver's licence
- Current or ability to obtain a White Card (Construction Induction Card) or equivalent safety certification
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
