About the role

Phat Brew Club is looking for experienced Duty Managers to join our Venue Experience Teams across two Perth brewery venues: Hillarys (2 positions) and West Perth (1 position). You'll be confident, switched-on hospitality professionals who know how to run a great shift, lead from the front and create the kind of atmosphere people want to come back to.

Key responsibilities

- Lead a team and run busy services
- Run a great shift and make decisions on the floor
- Deliver great customer service and solid communication
- Create an atmosphere that encourages people to return

About you

- Previous hospitality and supervisory/management experience
- Confident leading a team and running busy services
- Great customer service and strong communication skills
- Reliable,



organised and comfortable making decisions on the floor
- A genuine interest in craft beer, food and hospitality
- A positive personality who adds to the energy of the venue
- Availability across nights and weekends
- Current RSA and Approved Manager certification, or ability to obtain it
