We are seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsperson to join our team. This role will work closely with our internal architectural team, project managers, and interior designers, producing documentation that supports both the creative and technical delivery of our high-end residential projects.

About the Role

- Prepare and coordinate costing and planning drawings, cabinetry documentation, and working drawings for luxury residential projects
- Document variations, revisions, and updates in collaboration with internal teams and consultants
- Ensure consistency across all drawing sets to meet project specifications, design intent, and compliance requirements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of drawing standards and documentation processes
- Collaborate with external consultants to integrate into design intent whilst maintaining constructability.





What You’ll Bring

- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in residential drafting, ideally within the custom or luxury home sector
- Technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing for high-end homes
- Proficiency in Revit (essential) with a solid understanding of local building codes and standards
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines
- A proactive mindset with a passion for design integrity and precision
