We are seeking a proactive and agile Corporate Operations Area Manager who can take ownership of their portfolio. You will be the go-to person for your area and drive a positive culture within your territory.

What you'll do

Reporting to the National Corporate Operations Manager, the Corporate Operations Area Manager will be a trusted coach for our corporate restaurant managers in Perth WA, with a large focus on guiding and supporting your teams to success across all metrics.

Some of your key responsibilities are:

- Drive the operational compliance and growth of our restaurants.
- Assist with the growth of our customer base, restaurant sales and profitability
- Manage new restaurant openings in your area
- Proactive leadership, training, coaching and development of our corporate teams
- Continually review, monitor and improve operations of our restaurants, ensuring consistency and customer-first culture.
- Build network capabilities by ensuring restaurants are set up for success.



Through reporting and analyses of operations, continual training and implementing processes and procedures in line with Zambrero standards.
- Cultivate and build relationships with the network to ensure an ongoing culture of transparency and cohesiveness is observed.

About you

- Multi-site management experience in QSR or hospitality is highly regarded.
- Familiarity with food safety and workplace health standards applicable to hospitality or quick-service environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to different situations and styles.
- Experience in a similar area manager role
- Commercially aware, calm under pressure and can maintain objectivity.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
