Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Group Finance Manager you will have the opportunity to work across financial, management and bookkeeping functions.
- Completing end to end accounts receivable and accounts payable functions including, invoice processing, statement reconciliation, queries and debtor management.
- Contributing to month-end and year-end reconciliations, inter-company transactions, financial reporting, and any other general finance administration.
- Assisting with end-to-end processing of fortnightly payroll and related compliance obligations.
- Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Ensuring compliance with and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and relevant statutory compliance.
About You
You will have:
- A minimum three years accounting experience in a similar role.
- A proactive, hands-on work ethic
- Experience with Microsoft suite and particularly MS Excel, Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
- Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to confidently manage competing priorities at one time.
