About the role

We have an opportunity for a Assistant Case Officer to be part of our HSW Hurt on Duty team within our Health, Safety and Wellbeing Command. The role is responsible for registering Hurt on Duty (HOD) claims by current & former pre-88 police officers for HOD benefits, the timely payment of medical accounts in respect of pre 1979 and pre 1988 HOD claim file management and providing administrative support to the case managers.
