Novo Shoes Group is a leading Australian retail group specialising in women's fashion footwear. We have an amazing opportunity available as a Permanent Assistant Manager at Orion Springfield.

As an Assistant Manager you will work with the retail team in achieving sales and operational results, whilst maintaining solid stock management for the store.

Responsibilities include

- Store operations including budgets, sales, KPI’s & stock management
- Delivering high level of customer service
- The direction of, and implementation of the brand’s Visual Merchandising
- Management of the consolidation of stock
- Stock Management Control

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have: A positive, can-do attitude

Experience in stock management

Exceptional time management skills A passion for delivering an unrivalled customer experience.

Flexibility to work between the two locations

You must also be able to work during the day, highschool students are not suitable, nor are full time university students.
