About Us
RAW Advisory Solutions is a boutique project management and advisory consultancy focused on delivering high-quality, practical outcomes for our clients.
We partner with clients across a range of sectors, working closely with clients and project teams from early planning through to delivery.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager who is ready to take greater ownership, work directly with clients and consultants, and continue developing toward a Project Manager role within a growing consultancy.
About the Role
As Assistant Project Manager, you will work closely with the Managing Director to support the planning, coordination and delivery of a diverse range of projects across strategy, planning, design and delivery.
This is a hands-on role for someone who already has solid project management experience and is ready for greater autonomy and responsibility. You’ll be involved across programme, cost, risk, consultant coordination, reporting and project administration, with direct exposure to clients and project stakeholders.
You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of defined project activities while remaining closely connected to the Managing Director and broader project team, with genuine scope to progress into a Project Manager role as the business continues to grow.

- Coordinate project plans, consultant deliverables, actions, reporting and key delivery requirements.
- Coordinate sub-consultants and participate in design and project coordination meetings.
- Develop, maintain and monitor project programmes, schedules and key milestones.
- Support project commercial and financial administration, including purchase orders, variations, progress claims,
invoice processing and sub-consultant claims.
- Monitor programme, risk, issues and dependencies, escalating matters early and assisting with appropriate responses.
- Prepare clear project reporting and maintain accurate project records and documentation.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants and other project stakeholders.
- Support stakeholder communication, coordination and issues management.
- Provide practical project input and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
Business & Advisory Support
- Support business development activities, including tender preparation, capability material and selected client engagement activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools and RAW’s Integrated Management System.
- Support broader business and project activities as required within a growing boutique consultancy.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with clients and consultants.
- The ability to work autonomously,
manage competing priorities and take ownership of your work.
- Strong problem-solving skills, commercial awareness and a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
