We are seeking a high-performing individual to join Executive and Project Support team. This is a unique opportunity to support the Branch across a range of administrative and project support activities. A growth mindset, and commitment to continuous learning will be critical as you provide administrative and project support for a broad portfolio of priorities, from statewide service planning, health economics, specialised technologies and patient experience.

Previous experience in project support would be considered advantageous for this role.

Crown Clerk 5/6, starting salary from $102,936 - $113,579 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

What you'll be doing

- Coordinate and support branch wide projects and the delivery of project milestones.
- Prepare and maintain administrative and project documentation,



source and collate information for reporting, monitoring and evaluation.
- Coordinate working groups, committees and consultations to ensure project outcomes are met.
- Support development of project plans, communication strategies and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Coordinate or support other branch wide administrative or project activities as needed.

About you

We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:

- Appropriate qualifications and/or demonstrated, equivalent qualified experience in administration or project support.
- The ability to balance competing demands to ensure deadlines are met.
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
