Assistant Property Manager

Are you an Assistant Property Manager looking for a stable Monday to Friday role with a respected agency in the South Western Sydney corridor?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established real estate office and support experienced Senior Property Managers across the day-to-day running of a busy property management department.

You’ll be joining a supportive team where you can continue building your property management skills, gain greater exposure across the full PM process and take the next step in your real estate career.

The Role Working closely with the Senior Property Managers, your role will involve a mix of administration, inspections and general property management support.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Conducting ingoing inspections
- Conducting routine inspections
- Assisting with outgoing inspections
- Supporting Senior Property Managers with general portfolio duties
- Preparing reports and documentation
- Liaising with tenants, landlords and trades
- Assisting with maintenance follow-up
- Updating and maintaining property records
- Providing general administration support across the PM team

Monday to Friday role About You This role would suit someone who already has experience within leasing or assistant property management and is looking for a long-term chance to continue developing their career.

You will ideally have

- Experience in leasing or assistant property management
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confidence communicating with tenants, landlords and trades
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A professional, proactive and positive approach
- The ability to work effectively in a busy real estate environment




- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- A valid Certificate of Registration in Real Estate
