iPlay Toowoomba and Toowoomba Bowl are all about arcade games, bowling, great times and unforgettable experiences. Part of the growing iPlay Australia family, we're looking for two passionate Assistant Venue Managers to help lead our teams and keep the fun running.

THE ROLES

Assistant Venue Manager – iPlay Toowoomba As the right hand to the Venue Manager, you'll help lead the team and keep iPlay Toowoomba's arcade floor running at its best, delivering unforgettable guest experiences every shift.

Assistant Venue Manager – Toowoomba Bowl As the right hand to the Venue Manager, you'll help lead the team and keep Toowoomba Bowl operating smoothly, from the lanes to the arcade, making sure every guest has a great time.

Both roles are hands-on leadership positions where you'll jump in, get involved and make sure your guests and team have an amazing experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead, coach and motivate the team throughout each shift Support the Venue Manager with the day-to-day operation of the venue Deliver exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences Take ownership of shifts and ensure the venue is running smoothly Assist with opening and closing procedures Support team performance,



training and development Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues confidently Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness and presentation Help keep the team engaged, energetic and having FUN! Step up and take charge of the venue when required

ABOUT YOU

You are FUN! A natural leader who enjoys working with and motivating people Previous experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment or a similar fast-paced environment Confident leading a team and taking ownership of a shift Friendly, approachable and great with all kinds of personalities Calm under pressure and able to think on your feet Hands-on, energetic and not afraid to get involved Flexible to work days, nights, weekends and public holidays Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly regarded Comfortable working around bowling, arcade games and all things entertainment
