We’re currently looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team, who can assist our Warehouse Manager with maintaining the daily operations of our warehouse based in Dandenong.

The Role The Assistant Warehouse Manager is responsible for accurate and efficient processing of all orders, receiving incoming stock, and assisting the Warehouse Manager in day-to-day warehouse operations.

Full training and support is provided for this role and would suit a candidate with great attention to detail & strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

– Manage the day-to-day flow of goods, including receiving, put-away, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

– Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, stocktakes, and reconciling discrepancies in the warehouse management system (WMS)

- Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and internal retail store teams to manage delivery schedules and resolve logistical issues.

– Operating machinery such as a pallet jack – Manual handling up to 20kg

– Assist with Warehouse Manager duties when they are absent

– Communicating with the customer service team about any order related issues

– Adapting to new software & systems

– General warehouse duties such as cleaning and tidying

– Maintaining the warehouse to a high standard ensuring a protected and clean environment The ideal candidate will ideally have:





– 2+ years of warehouse experience

– Ability to communicate effectively, both in a written and verbal format

– Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.

– A positive and resilient approach, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.

– You’re a tech savvy, with an innate love for problem solving, accuracy and efficiency.

– Be reliable, honest and hardworking.

– The ability to work in a fast paced environment.

– Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

– Experience with Shopify is highly regarded

Employment Type

Full-time preferred. Other part-time/Casual warehouse roles available. Immediate start available.
