About the role

As Senior Facilities Manager QLD,you’llindependently manage the day‑to‑day operations of a mixed‑use commercial,healthcareand retail asset on the fringe of Brisbane CBD, ensuring itremainssafe, compliant, functional and well‑presented.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate maintenance programs across hard services, building systems and all contractor activity.
- Monitor the building’s condition,identifyissues early and drivetimelyfollow‑up while acting as the main on‑site contact for clients and occupiers.
- Work closely with the owner’s on‑site representative to manage building priorities,expectationsand operational needs.
- Oversee contractor access and service delivery to ensure safe,compliantand low‑disruption operations across the site.
- Maintainaccuraterecords and respond to daily operational issues, including work orders,



compliancedocumentationand incident follow‑up.
