Job Description

WT Brisbane is expanding and in line with this continued growth of operations, and due to significant growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients, we’re on the lookout for qualified and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors, ideally with a background in managing Aged Care Assets.

In this role, you’ll play a key role in delivering major, complex projects while driving value for our clients. This client-facing role covers estimating, cost management, financial reporting, and stakeholder engagement, with the opportunity to showcase your technical expertise and commercial acumen.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on collaboration, enjoys working with stakeholder-rich clients, and is ready to take an ownership on projects and within the team.

It’s an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior QS seeking broader challenges, or for a proven Quantity Surveyor ready to step up and make their mark with a leading consultancy.





Key Responsibilities

- Liaising with clients, architects and main contractors
- Identifying and facilitating new business opportunities
- Masterplan and feasibility budgets
- Cost checking of developing design
- Tender evaluations and analysis
