Senior Digital Marketing Specialist - Senior Account Manager

We’re looking for a senior digital marketing strategist / senior account manager with at least 5 years’ agency or multi-brand digital marketing experience to manage and grow a portfolio of clients across multiple channels.

This is a client-facing role with responsibility across strategy, execution oversight, and performance. You’ll be expected to connect marketing activity to real business outcomes and ensure campaigns are aligned, effective, and continuously improving.

You’ll work across paid media, SEO, creative, and web; not in isolation, but as part of a broader, integrated approach.

This role will suit someone who brings senior thinking, strong commercial judgement, and a natural leadership presence. You should be the type of person who lifts the quality of work around you, sets a strong standard, and is motivated by the opportunity to grow into broader leadership over time.

Key Responsibilities

Translate business objectives into transparent marketing strategies across AI Search, Paid Media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), SEO, Creative and Content, Web and CRO

Manage a portfolio of clients with responsibility for campaign performance, strategic direction, and long-term growth

Ensure all channels are aligned and working toward the same outcomes

Contribute to raising the standard of strategy, thinking, and client delivery within the broader team

Coordinate delivery and work closely with specialists across paid media, SEO, creative and web to ensure campaigns are executed to a high standard

Provide clear direction, maintain alignment, and keep timelines and priorities on track

Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance, including: new channels or campaign approaches, creative and messaging improvements, conversion and funnel optimisation, budget allocation and scaling strategies

Lead regular client communication, including reporting, performance reviews,



and strategic discussions

Present insights clearly, focusing on what matters commercially

What We’re Looking For

5+ years’ experience in multi brand digital marketing or agency role

Strong working knowledge across paid media, SEO, and digital strategy

Strong awareness of AI Search and how search behaviour is evolving

Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously

Ability to connect marketing performance to commercial outcomes

Confident communicator with strong client-facing experience

Strong organisational and time management skills

Exposure to eCommerce or lead generation businesses

Familiarity with platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs

Someone who brings initiative, accountability, and a leadership mindset

A person who enjoys improving not only their own work, but the quality of thinking and delivery around them

needs close direction to manage day-to-day responsibilities

is not comfortable working directly with clients

focuses on individual channels without considering overall performance

wants to stay in a narrow lane rather than grow their influence
