THE ROLE

- Take ownership of your own strata portfolio - ONLY 58 BUILDINGS - 580 LOTS
- Act as the key point of contact for Owners Corporations, owners and contractors
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs and capital works projects
- Oversee budgets, levies, arrears and financial reporting
- Prepare for and attend AGMs and committee meetings
- Manage day-to-day client and stakeholder relationships
- Resolve disputes and provide practical solutions
- Ensure compliance with relevant strata legislation
- Maintain accurate records and proactively manage your portfolio

ABOUT YOU

- Class 2 Strata Management Licence or higher
- Previous experience managing your own portfolio
- Solid understanding of NSW strata legislation
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable managing competing priorities and deadlines
- Strong knowledge of strata systems and Microsoft Office
- Professional, proactive and motivated to progress your career
