Cole Engineering Services (CESI), a By Light company, seeks a Cyber Systems Support Specialist to address end-user tech support for the PCTE platform at COSPO. In office in Canberra, you will document, research, and resolve issues, install/upgrade software, and set up user profiles to meet service levels.

You will work within a team, maintaining security levels from Unclassified to Top-Secret, and contribute to improving user experience while adhering to corporate guidelines and procedures.
