What’s the role?

As an Associate Transaction Banking Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing Transaction Banking productivity and strengthening customer relationships through the effective execution of customer solutions, management of complex servicing requirements, and support of straightforward sales opportunities.

As a key component of the multi-tier operating model, you will contribute to increased Transaction Banking penetration by delivering consistent, effective, and customer-focused outcomes, improving turnaround times, operational effectiveness, and overall client experience.

What will I need?

- Strong execution and operational discipline in high-volume environments
- Proven capability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret pricing, product utilisation, and performance reporting.
- Sound understanding of Transaction Banking products, services, and the broader payments ecosystem.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Transaction Banking teams and support functions.
- High attention to detail, risk awareness, and commitment to maintaining operational controls and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
