Auto Electrician | $65–$75/hr | Home Every Night

Pinjarra Workshop | Monday to Friday | Heavy Mobile Plant Stay on the gear without the FIFO roster.

Performance Mining is looking for an experienced Auto Electrician to join our Pinjarra workshop team in a permanent local role.

Working Monday to Friday, approximately 50 hours per week, you’ll be home every night while working across a varied fleet of heavy mobile plant and support equipment, including CAT and Komatsu.

The role is primarily workshop-based, with occasional field service and breakdown response when required.

For the right Auto Electrician, we’re offering $65–$75/hr based on experience, a new high-spec field service vehicle with fuel card, weekly pay, bonus scheme and long-term stability.

The Role

You’ll carry out electrical maintenance, diagnostics and repairs across our heavy mobile plant and supporting fleet, including:

- Electrical diagnostics, fault finding and repairs
- Preventative maintenance and inspections
- Breakdown diagnosis and response when required




- OEM diagnostic software, scan tools and computer-based fault finding

- Electrical installations and wiring repairs
- Automotive air conditioning diagnostics and repairs

About You

We’re looking for an experienced Auto Electrician with strong HME/mobile plant experience and genuine fault-finding capability.

You’ll need

- Australian-recognised Auto Electrical trade qualification
- Proven HME/mobile plant experience
- Experience across major OEM equipment, with CAT and/or Komatsu highly regarded

- Robust diagnostic and fault-finding capability
- Automotive Air Conditioning Licence (ARC)
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence, HR preferred
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and National Police Clearance
