We're looking for an Operations Admin to run the day-to-day admin and coordination side of our Australian delivery/installation operations — from quoting the job to getting paid for it. You'll be the main point of contact for clients, tradespeople, and builders, keeping every job moving smoothly from first enquiry to final invoice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and send quotes for delivery/installation jobs
- Manage bookings and scheduling for crews, subcontractors, and site visits
- Liaise with customers, tradespeople, and builders on job requirements, timing, and site access
- Handle day-to-day emails, calls, and SMS with clients and technicians
- Issue invoices and follow up on payments
- Prepare and manage job paperwork (SOWs, run tables, job sheets)
- Coordinate run tables/route planning for efficient pickup, delivery, and install timelines
- Oversee job quality — installation standards,



site clean-up, and photo documentation
- Troubleshoot on-site issues, delays, or resourcing gaps as they come up

What We're Looking For:

- Experience in logistics, trades coordination, or admin-heavy operations roles
- Solid organisational skills — comfortable juggling quoting, invoicing, and scheduling for multiple live jobs
- Confident communicator across email, phone, and SMS with clients and tradespeople
- Familiarity with scheduling/dispatch tools and basic invoicing/quoting software
- Prior experience in furniture, prefab housing, construction, or bulky goods delivery is a plus

Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
