York Auto Electrics is located ~50 minutes inland of Midland Perth, in the Wheatbelt of Western Australia.

We provide a workshop and mobile service, travelling within a 100km radius of York. Being in the Wheatbelt our primary work is agriculture however, our services cater for vehicles, new and old, small engines, motorbikes, trucks, road transport, earthmoving and agriculture equipment.

Our business hours are 7-5 Monday to Friday, however more hours are required during our busy seasons, Harvest and Seeding. Plenty of over-time available.

The role is for a Full-Time Automotive Electrician. Apprentices and accessory fitters may also apply.

Essential Criteria
- Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology
- Air Conditioning Licence
- C Class Manual Licence minimum, HR or MC preferred
- Heavy machinery experience beneficial but not essential
- Basic mechanical experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work

Desirable Criteria
- Customer service experience
- Ability to operate computer system, Word, Excel, Xero, Autodata, CAT ET, Cummins Insite, Detroit Diagnostics, etc
- Agricultural repairing experience
