Position Overview

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Automotive Parts Coordinator to enhance our busy repair centre operations. This role is essential for ensuring that parts are accurately received, allocated, and managed in line with repair orders, contributing to the overall efficiency of our workshop.

Ideal Candidate Profile The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

- Proven experience as a Parts Coordinator or in a similar role within an automotive repair centre
- Familiarity with iBodyshop, PartsCheck, and/or Audanet is highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to tasks
- Good computer literacy and effective time management skills
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
- A demonstrated ability to maintain organization in a busy workshop setting

We are looking for someone who can effectively manage parts workflows and support our repair timelines through clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
