Are you a passionate Early Childhood Educator who loves working with babies and is ready to step into a leadership role? ?

Brightside ELC is looking for a Baby Room Team Leader to join our team Monday–Friday, full-time, with an immediate start available.

Our Baby Room caters for a maximum of 8 babies, supported by 2 educators, allowing you to build genuine relationships and provide responsive, nurturing care in a calm and welcoming environment.

✨ What we’re looking for:

- Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
- Experience working with babies and a strong understanding of infant development
- A confident and supportive leader who can guide and mentor their team
- Someone who is organised,



reliable and passionate about quality practice
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Commitment to providing safe, nurturing and engaging experiences for every child
