Natural Tucker Bakery is Melbourne's Oldest True Sourdough Bakery, Established by John Downes. We are producing some of the best & creative bread, pastries & pies in Melbourne today.

We are a People before Profit style of business.

About the role

You will be joining one of Melbourne's best sourdough team of Bakers.

Your knowledge of sourdough will be tested, daily, in one of Melbourne's very few "Real Sourdough" Bakeries still running, come & express your love of Sourdough!

Skills and experience

- 2 years in a sourdough operation
- or
- 3 years in a normal Bakery

If you have this, we can teach you the rest, if needed.
