The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working Full-Time Bartender to join our team.

This role is ideal for candidates with up to 1 year of hospitality experience, as well as motivated beginners who are excited to learn! We provide comprehensive on-the-job training covering cocktail craft, draught beer systems, speed of service, and venue operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve beverages including draught beers, wines, spirits, and classic drinks.
- Learn and master Aviato Bar’s signature cocktail recipes and prep techniques.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver friendly service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar station (managing ice, garnishes, and glassware).
- Execute opening, mid-shift, and closing tasks alongside the bar team.
- Follow all health, safety, and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines.

What We Are Looking For





- Experience: 0 to 1 year of hospitality, retail, or customer service experience. (Beginners welcomed!)
- Certifications: Valid state Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (or willingness to obtain before starting).
- Attitude: A high-energy, positive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and take feedback.
- Work Ethic: Strong multi-tasking skills and a reliable, punctual team-first mindset.
- Availability: Full availability to work a 40-hour rotating weekly roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
