Since resuming banking operations in Australia in 1985, Bank of China, (including Bank of China Limited and Bank of China (Australia) Limited) has dedicated itself to promoting the Australia-China trade and economic relationship. Building on decades of local market financial experience and expertise, Bank of China (BOC) has built a fast and highly efficient global service network supplying a diversified range of financial products.

BOC offers a comprehensive range of financial products, and to date is the only Chinese bank operating in Australia holding a licence to deal with both retail and wholesale customers.

About the role

Our 24-month Graduate Programme offers an unparalleled opportunity to grow, innovate, and make an impact in the dynamic world of global finance. You will gain exposure and learn about the Bank’s products and services in Retail Banking and other departments.



You will be participated in industry learning and ongoing skill development; and to explore your career potential with dedicated coaching.

Who we’re looking for

We’re seeking passionate graduates who are:

- Graduates between 1 Jan 2026 to 31 July 2027, no prior full time working experience
- Curious, innovative thinkers with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team players with excellent communication and adaptability to thrive in quick-paced environment
- Fluent in English, proficiency in Mandarin is a must
- Be an Australia or New Zealand citizen or PR the time of applying.
