As the Bar Manager, you will lead form the front and take ownership of the day to day bar operations, you will team up close with the venue management team to deliver amazing guest experiences, strong teams and high standards
About You
You’re an experienced hospitality leader who is confident behind the bar, passionate about great service and knows how to bring the best out of a team.
You’ll bring:
- Previous experience as a Bar Manager, Assistant Bar Manager or senior bar professional within a premium, high-volume hospitality workplace.
- Strong cocktail, wine, spirits and beverage knowledge.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A current RSA.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Full working rights in Australia.
